I've seen Rahul Saxena on SAREGAMAPA and I was strongly feeling that he will be there giving tough time to all others in Indian Idol as well. Its really bad-luck at his end that Indians failed completely to recognize his shear talent. A singer like Sonu Nigam gave comments like he will be in top three when he performed in first audition. I'm sure that some or the other day Rahul will achieve all success in his life which he deserves. Amit Sana is also having great voice....Please cast your votes based on contestant's talent and not on emotions henceforth else we might see Ravinder Ravi becoming Indian Idol and you may get his album to listen on Sony Music. If he becomes Indian Idol I'm sure all jury members will commit suicide and his album will be the greatest hit after Altaf Raja's Tum to thehere pardesi!!!!!!

Guys and Gals from Rahul's college why dont you call a protest march against this wrong decision??? I'm sure energy levels of Mumbai guys are always high in such matters. You do that in planned way by informing all media centers that we are going to have a protest march in Mumbai so that will be covered. Bad luck for Indian Idol
This is totaly wrong. we are just shocked. This is wrong decesion. In
this case what is the inportance of judjes here? we are here to choose
a good talent and a good voice not for choosing a good or bad background.
If such type of decision are taken by our public then i think that we are
not choosing our indian idol rather we are choosing a minister as in the
election. What is the importance of 18 lack votes they are of no use. There
is no need of judjes here. Judjes has to play there roles just like a
statue. after getting today's result we saw that they are helpless. They
have no power in there hands and i think that they are also not satisfied
with this result. and i also think that through such type of decesion
we never choose our indian idol who has good voice and talent.
In Indian Idol we saw that Rahul Saxena was one of the best
contestent among all of them. But in today's result episode we saw that
he has voted out and if such types of decesions are taken in next 2 or
3 weeks contineuosly then there will be no more good talent will be left
in indian idol. But we can also solve such type problems. The remedy is
we should give only 50% power to choose the best contestent to public
and rest 50% power to judjes or we can also give one more chance to the
good contestents as the judjes given in the piano round.

Need to have a change in the Indian Idol short-listing method. I feel present method do not give any authority to jury members. From last three weeks it’s clearly observed that Indian people couldn't understand the comments by judges for each candidate. Result of it...we lost a valuable talent like Rahul. I think jury members should select the last three candidates based on their performances and aggregate markings given by each member (If required they can call one or two more members, professional singers to be a part of judges panel instead calling a celebrity) and Indians should be asked only to give votes to last three members chosen by the judges panel. The person having least votes out of three will go out of competition. This will definitely do the justice....
Unfortunately this will not be in favor of the sponsors of the program because the number of sms will definitely reduce.

I strongly feel that Rahul Saxena is a victim of politics of regionalism.Evaluation & shortlisting of candidates is fundamentally defective as it is based on the following assumptions :

aa. All the SMSing indians have perfect sense for evaluating the good music.

bb. Voting is thoroughly unbiased irrespective of region,caste,creed or gender.

cc. The ultimate INDIAN IDOL would be creme de la creme.

I am afraid, all the above assumptions have now proved to be irrational & totally wrong. It seems, the producers are not serious about the business. The methodology for shortlisting is totally un-professional & this will do more harm to indian music. In fact, whole tamasha of eliminating process has made a mockery of good music.

The voting system can't be changed because it is not in the hands of Sony. Indian Idol is a sister show of the show, American Idol and is the product of the same guy who started the American version. He has also started British, Australian and South African versions. And now he has tapped into the Indian industry too. This is his show and these are his rules.
However, Sony should think of a way to bring Rahul back because that is something they can definitely do. If they could bend rules when Priyanka dropped out and Amit Tandon was given another chance, or when Aditi performed in one round less when she was down with chicken pox, I think Rahul should be brought back on "public" demand. Since the "public" is the king here, we should be able to convince Sony to bring him back. I don't know if the petition will work but hopefully if someone with a heart and brain working on the Sony team comes across it and decides to do something, then we may be in luck. It's nice to see so many more people from the same Indian public who realise Rahul's talent because I was beginning to lose faith.
It doesn't matter what the outcome of the show is because Rahul Saxena is MY INDIAN IDOL!

It is true that those sitting as judges are itself not true to their music. Annu malik copies all his songs from everybody in the world. Sonu Nigam became star just copying others, he did not have his own voice. Poor Farah does not know what is singing, she know only Mujrah. How can she and the remaining two do justice to this show. Sony pls in future do not bring who voilates copy wright by themselves.

Rahul Vaidya is not having original voice but is tries to copy from Sonu Nigam. That does not mean, he is not talented but I think Amit Sana has got everything in his voice. Abhijeet Sawant also has good sense of music. Sony will definitely produce a private music album for Indian Idol winner and I think for non-flmi and little western style singing Abhijeet's voice is best suited. He should be choosen as Indian Idol.

The present 4 contestants for the Indian Idol are extremely good. Its a difficult decision to choose just 1 among all these talented singers.I wish them all the very best and may the best singer win!

ravinder ravi came from a very humble background without any professional knowledge with his inborn talent he reached upto this stage Indians are not emotional fools but they know that with little bit of training & encouragement the poor boy will do wonders those who talk so nasty about him have an upperclass attitude & they cant see a lower class man soaring so high we are great fans of ravinder & we will love to listen to him more & more even if he is not there in Indian IDol

It is disheartening to see Ravinder ravi go Indian idol started with a very good objective there was no disparity or class distinction but off late the attitude of the jury became disgusting specially the way faraha spoke to him towards the end she has no right to be a part of the jury ,after reachng to this position a dignified mannerism is expected from her but she totally lacks that .Ravinder coming to this stage was an encouragement to the lower class also & a message that talent is recognised in India why doesnt our jury understand that the poor fellow is without any training ,it will be a great failure of indian idol if he goes back to the same life may be he doesnt deserve to be an indian idol but he very much deserves to be successful & recognised it is the moral duty of the Indian idol team who has brought him to this stage this to shape his future in this field ,help him to further improve himself & give a good break to help him become a great singer otherwise the whole purpose of the Indian Idol will be defeated

Ravinder should be provided with an opportunity to sharpen his singing calibre & become a playback singer .What was kajol or sharufkhan when they started their carrier or in that matter even sonu nigam practice makes a man perfect& for that he requires opportunity which ofcorse the generous people of our country can provide him with.Farah should be kicked on her ass for having such a rough attitude towards the less deprived if there is justice in this world god will definitely punish her for her rough attitude. madhu

Hi its to the final stage now. Only 4 singers left. All are brilliant, but I wish either Amit Sana or Abhijeet Sawant becomes the Indian Idol. Coz I dont like Rahul Vaidya even though he is the best among the 4, coz I feel it is not his real self, he acts on camera that he is a good guy. But i dont think he is, from within he is selfish. I would be happy if Amit Sana becomes the Indian Idol and if not him Abhijeet Sawant. What do u think friends?
