Kadhal Konden is the best movie I’ve ever seen and it will remain in my heart forever.I’ve never seen anyone play a character with such reality and dedication.I mean Dhanush, of course!Dhanush has a bright future and it might be Selvaraghavan who brightens it up.Selva is an A-1 director, though his films are sometimes vulgar.He is now one of the best and will be so in the times to come.No one should under estimate Selvaraghavan!

what similiarities u find in kk and 7/g.
and pudhupettai is not a remake.u f……. who caanot tplerate the growth of some persons are propagating these rumors.

undoubtedly he is a genius.

i agree with prabashalini, he is the best director . i never get satisfied with films.
7/g was one of the few films that gave me satisfaction.

and one more thing ,dont ever compare azhageeya theeye with 7/g.

some may like the former ,but i dont want to affect ur feelings by commenting on it.
7/g is far far faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better film than azhageeya theeye.

my most favourite director is our pathbreaker selvaraghavan.

according to me kathal kondaen is an innovative psycho thriller, and 7/g,rainbow colony is the world’s best love story.
i wasn’t able to sleep for four days after watching that.

titanic might be made on a higher cxost ,but 7/g affects or sinks into ones heart unlike titanic.
definitely 7/g is far ahead(great) than titanic.

come on guys c the good thing imagine what every tamil film today is like whether its Haris or Ramanaas actually they seem the same. U c the masalasbut nothing close to my heart u dont feel anything after getting out of the theatre .I am not a great watcher of tamil films but when i hear a selva raghavan film u feel an internal urge to watch it .And i disagree that his films are the same as
balachander.He is a daring film maker no other commercial dir has brought the issue of sexual abuse and PMS into his film
i didnt like KK much because a frnd who had seen the film had given me an idea abt the film .Some scenes in the moview were amateurish but i saw the spark and when i saw 7g i was mesmerised .Its a very beautiful story and just because a hot scene was enacted in the movie doesnt mean that its abt PMS only.To me that scene
made no diff to my idea abt the film.I thought there was no need for it.I think selva introduced to the scene just to give a diff or give some spice (pls yaar he wants his flms to rake some moolah!).Whatever we have to argue abt his film asthetics i wud vouch that he is quite a nauch above the ordinary not because he uses brilliant sets or brilliant stories.But i c his personality
in his films which not any ordinary film maker would do.U c a sankar film does the film indicate any innermost thoughts abt the film makers mind?.U
go into the theatre enjoy the 3 hrs and after cing the film asking ourselves “why the movie”?
Only a handful of film makers have brought their own individual echo into their films like “GuruDutt, Mani, RamGopalVarma”etc.So lets give the guy his due whatever his films lack, his film gives me the High!

Selvaraghavan’s style is to take up an underdog and project him big time. The twist in the end is added just so that our sympathy for the underdog increases.

Selvaraghavan is Good, not the best.
He has the talent of putting the songs in the right time… and the way he telling the story is also good.
But look at the characters of Kadhal Kondane ! The second Hero , Other than Danush , Sorry I dont know his name . Look at
his character, .. from that character Selva got the Hero Character of 7/G , i think.
I am sure Puthupettai is going to be a very good film. but with two heroin’s both very Famous.. and talented .. i think both of them
will have good roles in the movie… then Comes Danush// Then Some Songs.
then where is the time to say the story of Gangsters as the ad. are saying!!
Yes.. One can say the story ! but /… /
Hope Selva .. U won’t do mistakes like some of the other Tamil Films like
Thamizh( Prasanth ) and some VijayKanth’s and Sarathkumar’s Hilms.
The Fim THAMIZH could have made far far better , by not giving importance to Heroin and Comodiens.

what i like in your film is that ., there wont be any irritating Comediens in your Films

Selvaragan sets himself apart in his attitude to bring out emotions and sensitiveness of unconventional themes and looks beyond the usual stigma and question them too.
Kathal Kondaen was remarkable and made a great impact, with Dhanush’s sensitive performance.
But..the climax of 7G was different to know and mostly felt like youthful confusions left unexplained.
But,his themes are mostly of the critical ones, but doesnt surely compromise values, reality or integrity. He sure seems to be a promising director, with a brave or matured outlook and I think his best are yet to come.
